Sweet Potatoes
We've started to introduce solid foods to Brayden. He didn't care to much for plain rice cereal; He would tolerate it, but that was about it. Then I introduced him to sweet potatoes for his first vegetable. Brayden loved eating them!
In the beginning stages he struggled using his tongue to push the food back and keeping the food in his mouth. This resulted in his messy face, but he was so happy!
